A "Photo Recipe" for
"Puttanesca" ("Putanesca" if mis-spelled)
Hot and Spicy Seafood Pasta Sauce
(Our Healthy, Sustainable and Cheap version of a classic Sicilian & Napolese picante sauce high in Omega 3 and Spicy LOVE!)
Ingredients (in order of use): oil, garlic, hot chili peppers (aji), olives, tinned anchovies from Peru, tomatoes, pasta, oregano and MORE hot Caspicum peppers of some kind!
Use mouse to "roll-over each of Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 etc...
Here, Srta. Raquel is using:
fresh chilis (in this case, Peruvian Aji Limo) & bottled pepper sauce (in this case, Mexican Habanero) and for the Anchovetas, she has selected a "popular" brand (A-1) in its most inexpensive presentation (grated-grate)
